Is this for a already bought CPU or one you are planning to buy, as if its a BE processor 940/720 they come with pretty decent heatsinks and if you are not overclocking should be more then enough.
its a bought cpu , just wanted to run it as cold as possible as not alot of space in case
Tbh as long as its not going over 50c i think it is under load i wouldn't worry, had my cousins 940 upto 55c running the standard cooler under intel burn stresstest, Real world is 31c idle and 45c max under load.
You could try a Artic Cooler Freezer Pro V2, their quite cheap but ive heard good things about them for the price, dimensions are also listed so you could check them.

If you have height issues, how about one of these low-profile (LP) coolers:
Arctic Cooling Freezer 64 LP Cooler for Athlon Socket AM2.....only 60mm height / Details @ AC
Asus X70 Low Profile 4 Heatpipe CPU Cooler for AMD Phenom..... - 76mm height / Details @ Asus
