Restricted Site Message - help!
'Restricted Site!

This is the message that appears when I try to access Facebook or MySpace. Ran virus checker and it's not coming up with anything.
Any know what this is and have to fix it?
Re: Restricted Site Message - help!
have you tried any anti spyware products (lavasofts ad-aware or spybot S+D?)
unless its to do with your browsers security settings somewhere?
Re: Restricted Site Message - help!
In IE7, try Tools->Internet Options->Security then set to medium high.
As mentioned by dshepsman, try a spyware scan, I've used Spybot Search & Destroy for years, never let me down.

Re: Restricted Site Message - help!
I was about to ask what the problem is, anything blocking Myspace and Facebook is surely a good thing! :)
Seriously though, Spybot is a good bet as is Malwarebytes Anti Malware. Despite being on several trusted lists, I'd avoid Super AntiSpyware (anything that pads its results out with perfectly healthy cookies wants shooting anyway).
And to cover a little about Michaelangelo's issue there - if the installer crashes out or won't run, try renaming the setup file. So for instance if its Malwarebytes, rename MBAM.exe to "fluffy.exe" or something similar. Odds on it'll now work - and you've verified an infection before even running it :D
