hotmail issue!

Have had to send an item back to play.com

But when I went to the home to print the return label thing off I encountered an odd issue. On the return email there are two barcodes one at the top and one where you cut the return address off. Now sometime both barcodes will be there, or just at the top or bottom or no barcode but for example *47738837* (the number under the barcode)

This happens on two different pc's and have email it to another family email address.

Any ideas as to what is going on?

Tried a different browser? Safari gives me errors when using HSBC, IE and FF are fine with it though. Same with Scan.

Where the *4758475834* is there should be a barcode thing above them. Have opened and shut hotmail but cant get the barcodes back. Maybe its just hotmail???

Ok now it seems ok................... will post if it goes odd again.


edit: Spoke too soon :| It must be a problem hotmail. As all other emails are fine! But if anyone knows anything else then let me know.

How about following the "If you do not have a printer" option?

I'm lost by that, i've never seen a section of an email cut off before...

Nothing is cut off. I cut the top header off as it had my email etc on it. If you see where the *64734637* things are there should eb a barcode on top of them too. But it sometimes appears on both or just one, or none and just shows the *8676767* bit.
