Hi christiani, either will be fine, but try to go for one of reasonably good quality & sufficient range to suit your needs. Wireless 'N' is usually better than it's older 'G' alternative, but is more expensive.
A USB one is more versatile in that it can be easily unplugged & used elsewhere whenever the need arose. However, if you have free-roaming pets, little children or mischievous siblings/friends, PCI might be a better choice

I've just ordered a Netgear WN311B wireless-n PCI card with antenna for £27 inc postage.
