Depends on how high you want to lift it. If you only want to raise it a couple of inches, then two strips of wood will do the trick. Otherwise speaker stands or similr (as above). You could look at shelving - but a cantilevered shelf will need very secure fixings to the wall - the fixings are likely to be the weakest point.
stick it onto a stool?
if nota shelf what can i get in the way of a soundproof mat
I use one of these

I'd guess to stop vibrations travelling through the floor. You could try some soft rubber case feet from QuietPC but I'm not sure how well they work for heavier computers - they have different ones for different weights. http://www.quietpc.com/gb-en-gbp/pro...es/acoustifeet
I trust you have solid flooring where the case is?!
Google "boogie bug aimb.pad xl"
This is an extra large mouse mat. For around £12 this is probably the easiest and quickest option for you. You can trim the mat to fit under the case. In fact you could probably cut it in half and use two layers.
Here it is to buy but I don't think it would be that effective really. http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showpr...odid=KB-000-BB
I have a set of these, and I think they work well

The certainly cut down on the vibration noise of my server on the hard wood floor of my study.
