    Printer drivers for Vista/7?

Hi, I have a laser printer that I got a few years back that came without any drivers for Vista/7. After plugging in the printer Windows Update sends me to the MFR's website for updated drivers but they don't work either. Does anyone know how I can get the printer working in 7 64-bit because it's a laser printer with a fair amount of toner left which I can't really use ATM. It's a Canon LBP-1120.
    Thanks

    Re: Printer drivers for Vista/7?

Looks like Canon have only got 32 bit drivers for it. Have looked at a couple of forums from about 2 years ago and they had the same problem, so given that Canon haven't released 64 bit drivers in that time I wouldn't hold out much hope!

I guess you could try using Virtual PC with Windows XP mode, but am not sure if it would work or not?

Thanks. Yeah that's what I thought. I suppose I could use XP Mode for now but I won't have it in the full version of 7. It's a bit of a pain really - is there a way to use a wrapper for the driver or something like what you can do to use Windows drivers on Linux?
