not sure what i am doing wrong but i can see and access my Dell Home Premium PC from all other computers, windows 7 ultimate, xp and macs. But I can seem to see and access any other computers on the same network from the Dell PC.

I have tried everything and gonna give up soon. any ideas? is it because its home premium?
