Windows 7 x64 Ati 5800 series "green" drivers

Hi everyone!

Sorry, I may be a bit annoying, but I searched well via google and I did install the latest drivers, but
things seem to be not working.
Crysis shows 7 fps no matter what settings I put, Dirt2 doesn't load at all (steam), unigine heaven's tessellation doesn't work (though its ticked).
Do you guys think that I just have to forget about win7 and revert back to Vista until good times?

remove drivers using driver cleaner, then reinstall latest from ati.

I've installed the latest Directx, reinstalled ati drivers, but Dirt2 doesn't show the beauties of directx 11. It runs in DirectX 9! All other games also run in directx 9! I don't know where is the problem.

installed Vista x64 and it seems to be fine (for now)
