Arctic Accelero Twin Turbo Pro - Urgent Help Needed !

Hi,

Few days ago I bought one of these from scan to go onto my hd4850, hoping that it would make it quieter and cooler.

Now this is first time I have done this but from the vids and tutorials it seems an fairly straight forward process.

So I took off my hd4850 removed the stock cooler and remaining thermal paste, ready for the twin turbo pro!

However shortly after I opening the box I've realised the instructions are only suitable for a different card and that I should go online for other cards, there is nothing on there website and I have emailed them!

Problem is that one of the transistors? gets in the way of a heatsink, so I need the instructions to find out the proper way to get round this.

Thing is now ive taken the card out I cant put it back with no cooler, so im stuck on this tiny laptop!!

Can anybody provide any advice or experience ?

Was your card a reference design one as i believe these third party coolers are designed for reference built cards only !

Put the stock cooler back on?

I cant put it back on yet as I would need new thermal paste

its a sapphire 4850?

From what I've read the sapphire model is ok for these coolers, anyone else got any experience of it?

toothpaste would work for a few days until you get some TIM?

Hmm can't risk it really.

The box and everything says the cooler fits a 4850, so why dont they give me the correct instructions :<!

Do the holes line up? If they don't then it's not a stock PCB so it won't fit.
