    Deleting old driver folders

So I was going through my C drive when I found my 8800GT drivers - 3 different versions (2 outdated and 1 current). Is there any harm in deleting the old driver folders, saving me a few hundred MB, or will this cause some sort of corruption? I thought it best to run it by people here first.

I'm basically looking to delete the lowest two numbers:

    Re: Deleting old driver folders

I'm not 100% sure about NVidia but with ATI there is a folder on the C: drive called ATI which contains only the setup files and its contents can be safely deleted. I'm assuming the same applies to Nvidia too but you might want to see if someone else confirms that first. I think these files should be deleted automatically as they aren't needed any more and easily eat up hundreds of megabytes or gigabytes if they're left to build up for long enough.

    Re: Deleting old driver folders

you can delete them with zero problems, I would also recomend using driver sweeper everytime you update your drivers
