XP Adminostrator Account Password Forgotten

My friend has forgotten his XP Admin password...Is there any fullproof way to recover this?I do not know if this topic is against the rules here..If not,please help me to help him....

Does he have another Administrator account? If so, you can easily reset/change any other password via CMD.
