We've a small board room, suitable for 8 people. We're wanting to take advantage of todays hardware and add a basic (because thats all it needs to be) conferencing facility that will be able to include two overseas colleagues.

I'm thinking along the lines of;

1x Philips LFH-9172 Conference Mic (Link)
&
Skype

with the two remote users using simple headsets.

Previously we've had issues with speakers, where the output from the speakers is caught by the mic and looped.

Ways around this?

Or is there a better way to achieve this. Can spend, but don't really see much point when they only really need audio.
