1680x1050 is the max selectable resolution in Crysis when using my 4870x2?

The maximum resolution it will let me selected in Crysis Wars was 1680x1050, i can bench the card fine at 1920x1080, it out performs the GTX 295 a lil with 8aa and does a little worse with no aa involved, just like almost every review shows, but in game 1980x1050 is the max selectable resolution, wth?

Have you got the game fully patched? Before the patch I couldn't select 2048x1152...

If 1.5 is the latest patch then yes i am fully patched, although, i just installed it on another hard drive and diff os (xp) and found that the same problem existed there also, i didn't patch it though, so i will try that first.

If that doesn't fix it, then I'll try different drivers, as I've put 10.5 on both win 7 and xp.

I'll test out my other 4870x2 to make sure it's not a fault with the card.

After all that I'll check back.

If you have any other ideas please let me know.

    Thanks.

Okay, so none of the above worked, that is utterly insane.

How are you connected to the monitor ?
Kalniel: "Nice review Tarinder - would it be possible to get a picture of the case when the components are installed (with the side off obviously)?"
CAT-THE-FIFTH: "The Antec 300 is a case which has an understated and clean appearance which many people like. Not everyone is into e-peen looking computers which look like a cross between the imagination of a hyperactive 10 year old and a Frog."
TKPeters: "Off to AVForum better Deal - £20+Vat for Free Shipping @ Scan"
for all intents it seems to be the same card minus some gays name on it and a shielded cover ? with OEM added to it - GoNz0.

Lol, i replaced every single component except for the graphics card, power supply and hard drive lol.

I was just testing it out on a q6600 system with a faulty motherboard until the parts for my next build got here, it was just a random hardware software glitch, one of those things...
