Curious about how it all fits together, seems to be they are saying its a sort of virtual environment

SoftXpand is a desktop virtualisation product that runs on top of Windows and by connecting upto 8 monitors, keyboards and mice to a single PC either using multiple graphics cards or USB DisplayLink devices, creates individual virtual Windows environments on each terminal set.
