A while back my my pc one morning did not boot correctly into windows. It would get the welcome screen (XP), and then the screen would flash to black then it would reboot. Upon checking the BIOS and looking at the voltage readings the 12v showed 5.312 v next to it. So changed the psu for a new 500w one form Antec.

The psu was not the issue so i then looked for another gfs card, and Behemoth was kind enough to send me a Radeon 9200. Just put it in but get the same 5.312v on the 12v, which I think means my motherboard is history...............am I correct?
