Trouble with Cinergy 2400i DT and Windows 7 64-bit!

    Hey guys,
I finally installed Windows 7 Professional 64-bit, but am having problems with the drivers for my Cinergy 2400i DT dual tuner TV card. It keeps coming up with a message saying that "the preinstallation failed" during the driver setup process.
    Any ideas? :s

Can you install the driver manually through Device Manager rather than using the install program?

I'm not familiar with the installation program (it being ages since I used my 2400i DT), but when I did, I always just installed the drivers.

The drivers are in an .exe file, so don't know how I'd be able to extract them so that I can install them manually :/

ok, I just extracted the files from the exe file using 7-zip, but there weren't any drivers in any of the folders.
    I'm lost!

Ah, so it doesn't. I managed to get them through the installer (the installer extracts them to C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\TerraTec\DriverInstall\Cinergy_2400i_DT on a 64-bit Windows), but then checked the TerraTec FTP site, and they've got a driver self-extracting package anyway!

You can find that here (it's the 4.7mb file). Same version as the installer program.
