Flash video is jumpy on laptop

I'm hoping someone can help me out abit. I've been having hell with videos in steam aswell as youtube on my laptop which just wont no matter how many times i reinstall the drivers work properly! It's not my ram, there is 4gb of it in my laptop....and it cannot be my drivers in the laptop, i play games like COD6 and crysis fine...with no jumps so why would it have such an issue with somthing as simple as flash/youtube videos?

    Help

Is it a multi-core CPU, if so is one core fully loaded?
