What's the total cost for this setup?
And do you have a budget?

    Re: First Build

    Few more details:

Decided probs going for the hd5850 as its reall cheap atm at Ocuk
So total price is with the 5850 and the i5 760 bundle is £704.01 but probably waiting for SB hoping that th i5 2500k will be a smilar price
My budget is around £800-£850 so obvsiously way under budget but as ive been away from pc gaming for a while any money i save will allow me to spend it on more games

Oh yeah and the pc is for gaming

not yet, but usually when a new processor is releases, the prices drop a bit for the older processors, so you might get a better price if you wait

    Re: First Build

We didn't see much drop in prices on the s775 bits but it had such a huge user base. I would hate to make a prediction either way but If it was me I would like to see all my options. There must be a lot of speculation on how good it is; formwhat I have heard it is generally good but no one really knows.
