Which HDD out of these two?

Would the 320GB drive be more reliable than the 500GB?

have owned both, almost identical performance,

500gb for the win.

If you want to get one that potentially might be more reliable long long term....

either get the slower turning green drives....
or a black... which has the Rock Hard architecture.. or something... with a 5 year warranty.
