Do Gigabyte make good reliable graphics cards??

I have set my mind up on getting a NVIDIA GTX 560 Ti. I am not sure what company to go with though. Gigabyte are more known for making motherboards in all honesty. Does anybody have any recommendations with what companies create good reliable graphics card??

I've used their graphics cards (in my own PC's, and my brothers) no problem encountered yet.

I always regard manus much of a muchness given they all essentially stick to reference designs by nVidia/AMD anyway. Never given it a second thought.

They are supposed to have a good RMA service based out of Milton Keynes. Supposidly it is done on serial number so with no packaging you may have to pay a small fee if you need something replacing.

This is only what I've heard but it sounds good to me!

Every company gets the same cards and they just whack a sticker on it and sell it on.

Their cards as a good as MSI, ASUS, EVGA, XFX etc.

It's the support that you want to be asking about, and their one of the best in that field.

Also worth looking at the cooler - can make a huge difference in noise and temperatures.

Some of Gigabyte's own custom made coolers are very very quiet ... almost silent.

I had a 8800GT Princess edition ( the one with the pic of a princess ) and I was amazed how silent it was!

I have the Gigabyte 460 OC and its excellent. Very, very quiet - in fact I've never heard it over the rest of my system, which it also quiet. I believe the 560 uses the same cooler so you should be onto a winner there.

Still have a Gigabyte brand 6800GT in use, I tend to always look at what they offer before other brands, particular how they have UK based RMA

I can vouch for how silent they are, running a GTX 460 OC2 here

Never heard of that one, though I had a gigabyte card in the past and had zero problems with it.
