Everytime I see a thread on this ISP I keep thinking of this band and one of their songs:

By the sounds of it your line has been ceased, that being the case somebody somewhee is going to have to cough up for it to be activated again (with the lead-time entailed on that)
My thoughts? You should have gotten out of there at the first sign of trouble. I suspect however that you'll continue to throw good money after bad based purely on the contents of this thread.

Dont say thati dont really want to stay with them but i really cannot be arsed to mess about trying to set it up with someone else.
That said this is the last chance i'm giving them, at the end of the day my sister has a reliable connection that works fine for my gaming habits, and so does a few of my mates so i can only assume it should be fine once set up at my house, also the fact that the line has been ceased (if you are correct which i assume you are) im not sure what is going to happen here as if i leave TalkTalk wouldnt they get my line completely disconnected.....right?
...if it's not already been disconnected by O2, I imagine so. This is pretty much what MAC codes were designed to remove - so that one ISP could hand over control of a broadband connection to another.
When TalkTalk work, they're pretty decent, but when things go wrong, meh it's a right pain in the rear end.
Simply put, they are in breach of contract with you Razer and your entitled to have them either sort it out or compensation/damages. I'd have left them before now and gone to someone else.
OMG you went from O2 to TalkTalk?!? What were you -thinking-?? [I think that in all my years in Hexus, this is the first time I abused punctuation marks]. Our connection was so broken for 2 months after our landlord switched us to TalkTalk that I ended up getting my own line (with O2).
Had to get that one out.
AFAIK, O2 requires either a BT line or their version of it right? By extension, I would expect Be to be the same.
You can use Be + BT based phone service (I had TalkTalk.Onetel for a few years now)
but if Sky uses its own phone line that has nothing to do with Be then I don't think so. How comes you can't get Be? Any reason? Is it just your exchange doesn't have a Be presence?
Yes all down the exchange, shame! either way i ended up going with BT for my line rental and phone, they are the only ones who can get me active tomoz, bonusand with no connection charge! beat that TalkTalk XD
I left O2 as they didn't tell me when moving my package over to a new one that they did traffic managment, it became a chore trying to game online....Hench i really want BE
O2 and Be use the same network, if you could get O2 then you should be able to get Be. Unless you were on a non-LLU line so basically BT?
Indeed, that sounds odd, O2 LLU and Bethere LLU are exactly the same network, if you can get O2 LLU then you should be able to get Be.
Unless, as pointed out above, you were on O2 IPStream.
