the second hdd is considerbly faster

but its blank, with nothing on,
how do i go about cloning from the first to the second?

they are both the same hdd WD 320gb
    both only show 298gb
but one is normal and the other is green, funny thing is the Green one is the faster hdd

could this be because my first hardrive is full?

    Thanks
