    Browser (IE7) problem

Launch IE7 and the computer freezes - CPU goes to 100% and stays there. Launch it without add-ons and it works perfectly. OS is XPHome.

Any suggestions to resolve please (but not change to another browser please). Thanks.

So why are you on IE7 rather than 8?

Open Internet Options in Control panel, go to the Programs tab and click "Manage add ons" (this may be in a different place as I'm looking at an IE8 control panel).

Right click and disable all the add ons one by one and then re-enable and test each one in turn to find out the culprit.
