    when I was looking at 1366 I was going to go for the Asus P6x58D-E I'm fairly sure that had 3 x PCIe 16 slots and USB3 too. It will depend on your case whether you can fit a double height card into the bottom slot though as it looks like it is possibly postion 7.

    You could try a fan on the side panel to increase cooling on the cards.

    Although ideally I'd say water cooling would be the best option or lower temperature cards.

    The Silverstone SG06 is a very good case imo. I use mine for a TPC. Very quiet and can also fit full sized graphics card if required. I use it with a zotac mini itx motherboard.
