    SSD and secondary drive question

    Hey all,

Recently built a new PC with an SSD as a primary boot drive, bought 60gb as i thought this would be big enough, didnt realise windows 7 took so much space up, so with one game on it i only have around 13gb left.
Is there a noob friendly way to install other less used games on the second drive (F3 spinpoint)
im not too fussed about load times for these games but would like to have easy access to them whilst stil using the main game/games i play on the SSD.

i have trawled through numerous threads on the net but none have answered the question....as far as i can understand anyways...

    Thanks for help.

When installing a game - always select custom install. Then overwrite the C:\Program Files\XXX path with E:\XXX and install to the HDD.
    (Or drive letter of choice)
    Society's to blame,
    Or possibly Atari.

Re: SSD and secondary drive question

Games can still put a lot into the Windows Installer .msi archive place, I think within c:\windows.

If there are still some large non-system-critical folders on your C: drive which you want to move, google for "ntfs junction points"
