    No display on screen

My wife's computer was working fine yesterday. When it was started up this morning there was no display on the screen or beep on starting. Fans are on as is the power light. Any ideas on what might be the issue. I have reseated the graphics card and ram.

    Thanks for any advice

Seems like system does not pass or even initiate POST process.
Try resetting the BIOS via jumper. If you may have some spare compatible RAM and graphics card try swapping those to see if one might be the issue.
