Fairly easy, high rpm, good bareing, ball bareing probably best

If noise is truely not important http://www.scan.co.uk/products/80mm-...se-fan-5500rpm

otherwise good old akasa amber http://www.scan.co.uk/products/80mm-...-and-long-life
    or Panaflo http://www.scan.co.uk/products/80mm-...brushless-2pin

Like Pob255 ball bearing fans are better to consider than sleeve bearing fans. This is because ball bearing fans last longer than sleeve bearing fans although they tend to be noisier.

I have had experience with the Panaflo and NMB-Mat fans and they have a decent lifespan IMHO. The Noctua 92MM fan I own is run at full speed and it is still fine after nearly three years.

I have a pair of Papst 12v fans which are supposed to be whisper quiet. TYP 8412, any use ?

Tenner by PP if you want them.

when you say they're noisy, just how noisy?
enough to keep you awake in the same room or just background hum?

does the noise disipate a lot at lower rpm?
