need to buy a good motherboard with usb 3 mini atx or microatx

i have this ram Kingston 8GB (2x4GB) DDR3 1600MHz HyperX Memory Kit CL9 1.65V to use

windows 7 64 BIT and oopz i fogot im using a phenom ii x6 1055t 2,80 ghz cpu

ATM,none of the 900 series mATX AM3+ motherboards have launched. You can get 890GX based mATX motherboards but none of them are AM3+ ATM. This Biostar one looks good value for money:

One of these AMD3+ 880G based motheboards should do the job:

The Gigabyte mATX motherboards listed have an 8 pin EPS connector meaning the CPU can get more power. However,as they are mATX motherboards with no VRM cooling I cannot say how decent they are for overclocking!
