Music Stutters when browsing the web/loading browser content.

All of a sudden my computer has started doing this. Music plays fine so long as i remain stationary on a fully loaded page, but the moment i start scrolling it stutters almost in symmetry to the scrolling.

I have tried different music players and browsers, and all do the same thing.

I have updated sound and graphics drivers to no avail.

This is the single most annoying problem ever, as i never do anything without listening to music...

Can anyone please help? :|

EDIT* CPU seems to run in excess of 60% all the time too, i don't know whats happened to cause it :/ I've done a few system restores but that doesnt help either.

Im using an old atom netbook and have been having the same problem. I used CCleaner and
cleared out the firefox history and it made it a lot better.

The gash wifi signal I am getting added to it as it lost signal.
