    Brand New Computer Abruptly Restarting

Hi, I just got a brand new computer and it's having some problems which I believe are graphics-related.

The symptoms are that during some games (CSS, BFBC2) it will randomly restart, and on others (Shogun 2) it will restart straight away. It also restarts a few seconds after running a 3D test on ATI Tool. During the ATI Tool test I can hear a high-pitched whizzing sound coming from the card (coil whine?) which doesn't sound right. It's definitely not overheating because it'll do it when the card isn't even warm!

I tried using my old 8800GT card in the same system and had no problems at all.

So I have tried, in progressing order of desperation:
    - Reinstalling the latest drivers
    - Reinstalling Windows
    - Taking the card back to the shop, where I got a replacement card, but it does the same thing :-/

I'm becoming increasingly exasperated. The people at the shop were also convinced that it was a faulty card, but it's still doing it! So either the replacement card is also faulty, or it's something else. But as I said, there were no problems with the 8800GT so I'm stumped!

I've copied the first part of my DxDiag file. Let me know if you need to see more. Thanks a lot!

Working it should be, but a faulty PSU could cause these problems, do you have another one to try with?
