Palit GTX 560 Ti Noise Level

Is there anyway that i can change the heat sink on my GTX 560 Ti as the one i have has two small fans that spin very fast to cool the cadrd, thus making alot of noise! (Its the smaller length PCB version)

I Know you could by ones for older 7,8 and 9 GeForce series?

    Thanks

The Arctic cooling range are considered to be very good.....you will need to check PCB compatibility though.

    I will check them out!
How easy are aftermarket GPU heatsinks to fit? similar to an aftermarket CPU one?

Re: Palit GTX 560 Ti Noise Level

I've used aftermarket coolers on my gfx cards several times in recent years, mostly artic cooling, as long as you take time with the prep work and with installing the results can be sometimes starting, generally noise is no longer a concern and temps are improved by a signifcant margin.....granted then I generally OC the hell out of them but definately worth looking into and finding feedback from others who have already taken the plunge on your chosen card
