    ocz reaper pc9200

Hi guys, been doing some tweaking towards the build up to battlefield3 (2 hrs 45 mins to go ).
I have quite an old rig other than my gpu which is a GTX 580. i playued beta on ultra but would like to gain a few fps whereever possible.

    EVGA 780i sli mobo
    intel q6600 (2.4 stock) running at 3.6
    4GB (four 1GB sticks) OCZ reaper pc9200.

I can run the ram at 1066 at 5-5-5-15 but they should be able to run 1150 at 5-5-5-18.
When i set them to 1150 the pc posts but locks up at the point where it should start to load windows. I have tried voltage range from 2.1-2.3.

To make the pc usuable again i have to get to restart and get to the bios as quick as possible and restore factory settings or it just locks up and i have to reset and try again. To then change it back to the settings i know it works. but i would really like to get them running as they say they should.

    Any help is much appreciated.
