    Win 7 Activation issue....

So i've never had this problem before but when i built my new pc i activated (fine) and a few days after it decided i was not activated anymore? i tried to reactivate and it didn't work

So contacted Microsofts email support.....and got an email back telling me to use their support page...again useless i need to speak with someone but really dont fancy having to call that number on my mobile

Any idea why win 7 would suddenly do this? never had this problem on my last 2 builds...

Have you tried activating over the phone?

I know sometimes when I used XP I had to use the phone as it wouldn't activate because I had used the key more than X amount of times.

Sadly (for your phone bill) I've always found it far better to give them a call.

If I remember correctly they have an 0800 toll free number and a 0203 toll number.
0800 is free from a land line and 0203 is best for free mobile phone minutes.
