    Flickering Green Pixels.

I keep getting random flickering green pixels in grey and darker areas on the windows screen and in games. Its single flashing pixels in clusters which come and go. Its only been doing this for the last week.

I've searched the web and people have proposed a plethora of solutions but I was wondering if anyone had any experience of this?

The only time I've heard of it is when the GPU is dying. Sorry.
    Society's to blame,
    Or possibly Atari.

    Re: Flickering Green Pixels.

Okay I've been a bit silly. I wanted peoples ideas up front so I could just rattle through the list in one night.

Plugged in my laptop via VGA and it was fine so the monitor was okay. Flicking back to main PC had a few red pixels.

Didn't want to find a VGA-->DVI adapter so I could do vga (reasons of not being arsed). I found the cable was a little loose on the monitor from main so I pushed it in.

Problem solved. Need to put [solved] in tag.....

Nice, I once had green vertical lines down my old monitor which I think I remember resolving by wiggling some wires around
