    Movie Maker to DVD?

    Hey guys,

I just recorded some stuff from my Videocam onto my PC using Movie Maker (my other software wouldn't seem to work ) and I was wondering was there anyway I could then burn this onto DVD?

    Thanks for anyhelp.

You need to output the movie into something like .avi and then burn it to a DVD with a dvd burning package.
Alternatively you could find a DVD movie burning package (like in Pinnacle Studio DV) and burn them that way.
    Hope that helps

You mean, you want to burn it to DVD so it will play in DVD format, as in, so it will play in a DVD player? Because you could just burn it as data and just watch it on your PC.

If you want it in DVD video, just output your video to avi or wmv or similar using Movie Maker, and your burning program should do the rest for you (like Nero) it will convert it to the correct format (mpeg) then create the .vob files and then burn it all in one foul swoop. I think you can put your own chapters in too and a DVD Menu, but I havn't used Nero for a while. Practically all consumer burning software will do this for you.
To err is human. To really foul things up ... you need a computer.
