need help on connecting nf7-s v.2 into antec sonata

hi,

i'm in the process of building my first computer. everything is going ok but i've come across a slight niggle and could really do with some help.

i'm at the stage of connecting the power to the board. my problem is due to the front panel switches and the led's. i know which pins are supposed to go where but don't know which way round they go. the sonata manual talks about which one is the ground wire but the motherboard manual doesn't let you know which pin is ground. i really need help don't want to blow it (or myself) up. is it as simple as making sure the writing on the conectors (ie. reset sw, power sw etc) is facing out?

I dont think anything will blow but Im sure the wire end that goes onto the pins will have a little triangle indicating the ground

the problem i have is which pin is ground on the motherboard itself, i know which one is ground on the wire itself!

I dont think it matters on some of the pins others it does, but itll either work or not work theres no possible damage that can be done Im pretty sure due to the fact I always get them the wrong way round on my first go

with the front panel switches and LEDs - it's not a big deal, i you get it wrong they just don't work, rather than exploding.

you should find that the writing on the connectors always faces upwards, in my experience.
