what mobo do u have?
look at ure mobo manual it will tell u where to put them mate :)
-
i dont know because this is for my pentium 2 firewall as i dont want it looking ugly it s a ibm intellistation but the motherboard has nothing on it
-
you really would need a few pics, really the most important ones would be teh power one, i dont have this type of pc lol, so im not really in the place to say, but if you search about for a mmanual on the intelistaiopn range, and find out what tpye yours is, it should list the mobo, then find the manual for it and you should be flying, if it helps though the on and off pins for my asus a7v8x-x mobo are near the botoom right, good luck

i know where they are but there is 8 wires and only 7 pins dont know what to do and i hav tryed every combination possible but nothing i mght just put the old power swtch behind the button and let it run off of that is this a good idea?
-
ok so i have looked on some other places and have found out that there is a way to get the pc to turn on automatically but puttng 2 of the atx connectors wires togther does anyone know this method

What make and model is the motherboard? Find that out and then download the manual from the manufacturer's website.
-
the MB model number should be stamped on it somewhere, probably near the PCI slots. Type that into google and you should find a manual easily which will help you no end.
and btw not ment to offend but please learn some punctuation!!! would make it easier to read your posts
