lost asus motherboard cd...p5b tmx/s,

currently using windows 7 32 bit, plz help in finding driver cd, no audio output, usb not working,
system details
os- windows 7(32 bit)
bios version- 0401
sm bios - 2.4
processor- intel p4 cpu 3.20 ghz, 3200 mhz, 1 core , 2 logical processor
socket 775
tried it on asus site also but cant find any
