But the reason I'm having these probs seems to be because I went for a cheap PSU in the first place. Also 350W wont be enough as I'm running 4 hard drives and a lot of other hardware.

A 350w quality psu will be alot better than a 350w generic psu. More stable rails etc.

Well they do a 450W model, actually the same as the one i bought.

I paid £35 including delivery but i dont know whether it will be the same price now and they dont currently have any in stock.

And the CWT isnt a cheap PSU (i.e. nasty) loads of people have them on Hexus and i havent read of any problems.. and i havent had any probs but then again im running 2 HD's a DVD drive and a CDRW, so who know if it would flake out on 4 HD's like yours.

ok I've bought a 550w CWT PSU and done a full format as suggested and I'm still having problems!

When I start my computer up, before going into windows I get a weird pink screen and when I try to play videos in windows I get a weird blue scrambled version of the video. These problems happened when using DVI or analogue. Any more suggestions?
