What brand/model of PSU did you buy?

Never heard of them, so I don't know whether its a good brand or not.

Also, I forgot to ask: what are the temperatures like?

If the temperatures are fine (I'd probably say they should be under 60), then try running Memtest and Prime95 for a few hours each.

Are you using Windows 2000 or Windows XP. When either of these systems experiance a blue screen of death they automatically reboot. Do you see any error message once the machine reboots (You do mean reboot, not shut down dont you)

To stop the auto reboot go into Control panel>System properties>advanced>startup and recovery advanced settings> and then untick automatically restart under system failures.

If it is a blue screen of death issue it will show you what has happened (99% of blue screen of deaths are caused by dodgy drivers)

I hope this is taking you down the correct path otherwise it is a hardware issue which are a bit more tricky to figure out
