Brand new keyboard causing issues with boot-up

I recently purchased a Tt.esports Meka G-Unit from Scan.co.uk to replace my existing mechanical keyboard, the only issue is that it prevents my computer from going past the POST screen, I feel that this is due to it being recognized as a HOLTEK USB PHONE under devices when I reconnect the keyboard once my computer starts up (each time I have to unplug the USB to let my PC start, then plug it back in) and may be conflicting with my onboard Realtek Audio Device, it's rather annoying as I payed out a fair share for this keyboard and I didn't for one second expect errors like this.

    Can you guys help please?

Could you find any join via the device manager and manually choosing the driver and using the latest version from the manufacturers website?
