    AntiVirus.exe & sysentry32.exe

    AntiVirus.exe & sysentry32.exe

Are both continually trying to get acces to the internet from my PC - as seen when looking at Alerts & Logs/Log Viewer - Alert Type: Program in ZA.

I have run the following apps which find nothing at all SPYBOT, PESTPATROL, ADAWARE, AVG ANTIVIRUS. I have also run 2 online virus checkers TREND & PANDA neither found anything wrong!

Also when my internet connection is of i get a pop-up telling me that something is trying to connect to "dns.ebula.net"

Anyone seen this before & know what it is and of course how to fix it?

    Thanks.

I would start by killing the 2 processes and then run an online scan from Pest Patrol or Bit Defender as both recognise the virus.

If none of them pick up viruses, I would delete or rename the 2 files in question.

Task manager end task. Then do as mulda suggests. If it says it cant remove them automatically then search your registry (especially the \Run and \Runservices keys) for those files executing on startup and remove them yourself and delete the files.
