I am looking at a laptop from Microdirect.co.uk (see http://forums.hexus.net/showthread.php?t=27403 ), and was wondering if anyone had dealt with them? if so are they a decent company, any information regarding delivery times, after sale service etc. will be much appreciated!

I had to return items to them twice. Both times no hassle on the RMA and refund was paid immediately on next month's CC.

They sent me the wrong case once, and no matter what I said they told me that was the case I ordered, even though the model number and picture on their site was different to the model number and look of the case I received. I havn't bought anything from them since although I had ordered a few things from them prior to that without any troubles.
