Need help with Antec Kuhler 620. Very hot

Just installed my antec kuhler 620 and it's running VERY hot. It's idling at about 65 degrees and the radiator and pump are hot to the touch. I'm assuming something's wrong with the pump?

I have this exact cooler. Can you hear an audible hum and very slight rattle when putting your ear close to it?

Obviously when it's cooled down a bit. If not it's likely the pump is not running.

Your pump is defective, it's not circulating liquid inside the unit that's why the radiator is hot. Please RMA the unit by creating a ticket on our website, please go to this link:
