The temps you receiving from the Nuvoton NCT6779D is Super I/O hardware sensor and temperature monitor.

The NCT6779D monitors several critical parameters in PC hardware, including power supply voltages, fan speeds and temperatures.
Edit: Ok, saw your post late as i was typing up my response.

Well I think you're probably ok. Cpu, gpu and mobo temps all seem acceptable. What else reads temps in a setup I mean there are hdd/ssd temps as well. You can use crystaldiskinfo to check their status.

ok the temps are fine im happy with that but the issue stands with the case panel closed, gets too hot. I need a cooling solution, good setup in my case, meaning what fans if needed, where to connect on my board for best results.?

gpu water block? don't know, ideas anybody?

Eh? The temperatures are fine but its still too hot? Is it the temps inside the case that are bothering you or the fact that your rig is spewing out hot air under your desk, onto your legs.

Edit: or do you mean the temps are ok until you close the front panel of your case?

Just trying to better understand what you are trying to achieve.

Did you post a pciture of your setup? If you could post us a photo of your case with the panels taken off, showing where all the fans are that'd be good. You may even have some fans facing the wrong way. I did that once. I meant to setup exhaust fans on the top of my case. But I accidently made them intakes. Though nothing overheated in my case, things were noticeably better when I set them the right way round. It's quite an easy mistake to make..

if you check previous posts you'll know what im on about, i think the issue is mainly too much heat building up in the case panel closed.

pic of my machine setup - rear fan is plugged into pwr board slot and front is not plugged in the board, direct to power supply

You would get far better temps if you took the PC out the cabinet, theirs little air circulation within it, either way your current temps are nothing to be worried about as mentioned the 100c readings are simply errors.

Could be wrong as well but I'm pretty sure the CPU fan is on the wrong side as they push air through the cooler block.

Yes, but you mentioned you were happy with temps which was what threw me. Basically you think the temps are too high with the case closed.

The answer for me is simple. The case you have is meant for silent running. It has sound proofing, which helps keep all the heat in, it also has a front cover, with only side vents for the front fans to draw air from. That means no direct, non-restricted access to air from your intake fans. Additionally these are relatively quiet fans hence their rpms are quite low.

It seems like with the case you have, you can't get a consistent flow of cool air in the volume you need to cool everything.

Additionally, if your exhaust is also relatively slow spinning then it will be having a hard time moving all the hot air from inside, causing the buildup of heat you are talking about.

Depends on what you are willing to sacrifice in terms of acoustics, but silence as the priority you trade heat.

Just my thoughts. If you are happy with the sound of your rig, you might have to live with the heat.

EDIT: just seen the internal picture. If not were me, I would first move the drive in the lower drive cage to the 5.25 bay and remove the cage. Then get a second fan to maximise intake of cool air. Cable management is good, so not sure what else it could be. Case looks nice though. Very sleek.

thanks for info, dont you think better fans will improve anything?? i really dont want to rip it all aprt for new case.. also ive removed one hdd cage, i dont think that drive will fit in the 5.25 bay its ssd?

Re: Gaming Rig HEATING up, help please before it blows!

I have my ssd in an optical drive bay, and it doesn't have any moving parts so you could bluetack it there if you want. I just attached it to one side and that's it. If you really want to you could get a bay convertor. Not really worth it innmy opinion, esp for a SSD. So do that and move the drive bay aside.

I'd definitely try to get 2 good intake fans. Maybe slightly higher RPM ones like Corsair SP120 quiet editions or equivalent. They are meant to be made for pulling air where flow is restricted.

Personally I'd also get a good exhaust fan. You can get some decent low RPM fans that are quiet now, I used a Corsair AF120, bet you would be surprised at how good they are. Probably won't hear it over your GPU fans.

As you can tell I went for Corsair but I didn't want to spend too much time on research and they were an easy pick. Could get cheaper alternatives though.

But, you need to decide what it more important. You could end up spending money and times on getting the heat down, then end up hating the noise. I'm guessing you wanted a quiet rig otherwise you wouldn't be that case, so have a think. Failing that, just get back on with playing games :-)

Jasp has said the fan is on the wrong side of the heat sink, not that the cooler is on the wrong way. A single fan is usually used to push air through rather than pull it through. Could always have one each side though ;-)

Could always have one each side though ;-)
hmm ok - great stuff - i want worry free gaming lol! - ok so maybe i will swop the fans out, have to think, you're right, enough of this, time to BF3! with the panel off for now...lol
