IE, Netscape, and mozilla all close on PCG

Hi my first post here hope i get this problem fixed. Everytime I try to go to PCgamer.com my browser closes, any browser, netscape mozilla, ie6. I am using the same firewall on my notebook and i dont have this problem. they both connect throught the same router also.

amd 2500+
1gb ram
msi w nforce2
2 80gb WD w 8mb cach stripe raid
radeon 9700 pro
latest updates for alldrivers and indows xp home

notebook is inspirion 9100 w 1gb ram and intel 2.8 w HT and 9700 pro

i am geussing its not in the browser becaue its common to al three

shutting down zone alarm does not fix this problem so its not the firewall
