Front USB Connections
Hi, I've got a Lian-Li PC0700 case that has two front USB ports which are currently disconnected. I have an MSI K7N2 ILSR Delta motherboard with the connections, problem is that I don't know which connectors go where. I heard that plugging them in the wrong place(s) can damage your motherboard  so I don't want to try anything just yet :undecided .
Thanks.

There 'should' be a pin layout diagram in the motherboard manual you can follow.
-
Just had a look, diagram is on page 2-22 of t'manual m8
Top row of pins is for USB1 & bottom row is for USB2.

Lian Li are nasty for those front usb cables if they are anything like the pc60 - 70 range then the usb cables are split into individual wires and unlabelled, not a solid block? If so be very careful where you put them and match them up as if they were a solid block of 9 pins.

pc60 is labeled, although yeah it can kill devices if you do it wrong :(
/me looks at dead xbox controller
-
the pc60 isn't labelled mine isn't neither is my brothers, just 9 pins all separate from each other and the wires are all the same colour :/
-
I can whip out the digital camera when I get home if you want?
How do you use them if they are completely unlabelled and seperated?
-
i dont use em i ripped em out and replaced it with a card reader for my digi cams, far more useful.

I fitted my nv68 block last night and was taking some pictures whilst in the case, I just so happened to take a pic of the labels, they are on the plugs.
Will up it l8r :)
