Ok just installed my new 3.4 PIV and IC7 Max 3 mobo which I got second hand (I know it worked before) and it wont boot, ive tryed clearing the bios, removing everything but the CPU mobo and vid, tryed agp vid and PCI and also 2 different brands of ram.
Odd thing is there is no sounds from the PC speaker.

Do the fans spin up at all?
Try taking the RAM out completely. If the motherboard is working properly then it should be beeping at you - otherwise it's probably the motherboard or power supply that's not working.

nothing from the speaker but cant garentee that the speaker works, fans spin up but no post

Just changed the PSU and it booted, anyone know of issues with this combo and a 550 Watt Antec PSU?
