help with taking screenshots in xp

i have xp now just upgraded from 2000
and i press print screen when i see something funny or need some help,
then, usuially on 2000 i would go into paint and press, ctrl-v
it comes up,
on xp home however it doesnt?
any help?

Well when you press, Print Screen it basicly copies the screen, go to edit then paste

I always use alt prt screen, open paint, edit paste

It does for me.
You haven't changed keyboards too & now have to hit another button to enable the PrntScrn command?
