OK, instaled mt geforce ultra... booted instaled drivers, rebboted froze... rebooted froze...

Went into safe mode works.. reinstaled drivers, booted froze... rebooted froze...

Any ideas? these drivers seem incompatable with my PC!

P.s. I know my spelling is bad, I typed this in 30 seconds have to go to work later!

So you have it then might be the drivers, will just talk to my freind (google) and see if there is any problems with the driver supplied.

well, f this.. I did a clean instal and it works now... As far as power requierments go, its all conected to one lead, with two raptors! Time to benchmark!

ok while the benchmarks download I'm just gona give yous my first impressions! The card is big, noisey, and not that great at CS:Source...

While playing CS on my 9800 pro I got 60 FPS with 16 AF no AA... Now I get 57 FPS at 16AF and 4AA... However when I tried to play i with 4AA on my 9800 I only got like 10 FPS, So I guess I should be happy... While the benchmarks are downloading I'm going to play some Farcry... later

Follow what has been said and try difference drivers.

Also, it may not be getting enough power? Try, in any way possible to give it its own molex or 2 if you can

I'm not a n00b! lol...


I've tried different drivers, I've now got it on two seperate molexes!... I tried it all! I've even turened my OC to stock speeds. Could I get some one with a ultra to run and compare to my details? Thanks!

Well I'm now using the betas! Much better.. but still not that great of a score... also how do I oc this thing? Ist there a built in one? Cause if so I cant find it!

Isnt that ok for your card? Give or take a few hundred?

Note your using 3D Mark 05...not 03 which people are getting 11,000+ on with the GT's etc.

EDIT : An XT-PE gets 5500 on 3DMark05 so i'd say its about right
